Chat support agent

We are looking for a chat support agent (Vietnamese resident) for one of our business website. The job will be work from home night job so the candidate must have her/her own personal laptop and good internet connection at home.

Key skills (mandatory):

• Basic computer knowledge, for eg: candidate should know how to use the internet and social media.
• 90% of our customers are from Europe and USA so candidate should know English.
• Typing speed must be above average.

Other requirements:

Due to the timezone, this job is only open for candidates who live permanently in Vietnam.

Should have paypal account to receive the payment.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Candidate is responsible for chatting with our customers via online chat which is completely written not oral.
• Fulfill orders and note down the order numbers of orders completed.
