We are working on behalf of an SG-based company that is growing its cloud contact center engineering and implementation team. They are looking for engineers that have previous experience troubleshooting, developing, and deploying Contact Center technologies in a complex, ambiguous environment.

Your role will be to work as a remote client-facing technical person to provide engineering oversight and direction on Contact Center implementations and other 3rd party solution deployments. You will be dealing with multiple clients/projects and there will be some support work involved.

If you have any Genesys certifications, you could be the perfect person for this role. Also if you have any development experience or background that would also be useful but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure and test Contact Centers ( e.g. Genesys PureConnect or Genesys Cloud )
  • Works well with Agile methodology
  • Troubleshooting, developing, and deploying Contact Center technologies in a complex, ambiguous environment
  • Provide engineering oversight and direction on Contact Center implementations and other 3rd party solution deployments within client
  • SDLC Documentation and standards creation

Qualifications

  • Genesys Cloud certified Engineer
  • Must have at least 2+ years Genesys experience
  • Experience troubleshooting, developing, and deploying Contact Center technologies in a complex, ambiguous environment
  • Possess strong influencing and negotiating skills, while building constructive relationships with business IT and non-technical business partners
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of third-party dependencies, including but not limited to: network technologies (including L2/L3 LAN & network security), Voice communications protocols, Cloud-based Voice services
  • Possess the ability to work independently and drive alignment in a global environment through strong communication and empowerment are desirable traits
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CTI integration (a plus)
  • Knowledge of IRIS (Service Now integration) (a plus)
