We are working on behalf of an SG-based company that is growing its cloud contact center engineering and implementation team. They are looking for engineers that have previous experience troubleshooting, developing, and deploying Contact Center technologies in a complex, ambiguous environment.
Your role will be to work as a remote client-facing technical person to provide engineering oversight and direction on Contact Center implementations and other 3rd party solution deployments. You will be dealing with multiple clients/projects and there will be some support work involved.
If you have any Genesys certifications, you could be the perfect person for this role. Also if you have any development experience or background that would also be useful but is not essential.
