We are looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to ensure that every candidate who interviews at LeadIQ has an extraordinarily positive experience. You will spend day-to-day coordinating our recruiting efforts globally and be encouraged to identify and execute unique ways to raise the bar and streamline our recruiting process at scale.

The Role
  • Manage and support recruitment processes using our ATS- through scheduling interviews, track candidate status, responding to recruitment-related activities with candidates, and ensuring overall operational excellence
  • Provide seamless and positive candidate experience while managing interview process
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams (hiring managers and interviewers)
  • Take initiative when needed, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Own Candidate Experience initiatives
The Person
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Communicating information in a professional manner and connecting with people from all backgrounds comes naturally to you
  • You take initiative; resourceful in hunting for information and are unafraid to ask questions
  • You possess excellent attention to detail, and care about what your work says about you
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy! (Knowledge of Google Calendar, Zoom, and adept at learning new software and web-based tools)
Nice to have
  • Experience improving and identifying issues in processes and influencing to drive change. Project management experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of calendar/meeting applications, data reporting and adept at learning new software and web-based tools
