Position: Call Centre Executive/Representative
Required Experience: 1-2+ Years
Location: Iloilo or Bacolod / (Remote)
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM PST / 8:00 PM – 5AM MNL (initial shift)
5 days working (Saturday - Wednesday)
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
•Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information..
•Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
•Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
•Following up complicated customer calls where required.
•Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
•Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
•Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
•Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
•Other duties as assigned.
•Some troubleshooting and installation experience would be good
•Minimum of 1 year BPO/call center experience
•Has own PC/Laptop w/ stable internet connection
•Willing to work on night shift / rotational schedule
•Excellent Communication Skills
•Good computer skills/ Tech savvy
•Good multi-tasking skills.
