We are looking to hire a Call Center Agent with at least 6 months' experience in providing customer support.
This is for a project-based engagement with the possibility of extension.
What will you really do?
- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
- Assisting customers by responding to their questions
- Communicate effectively via phone calls and video calls with our customer
- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
- Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer
