This is a subject matter specialist and communication role acting as the key point of contact for the APJC CSG business.

A high level of competency in BMS and a good understanding of the CSG business will be required.

What You’ll Achieve

As a Business Intelligence Senior Advisor, you will evaluate business needs and help provide meaningful insights and metrics. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also help users to determine information requirements.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact between business and our internal team
  • Be able to translate customer needs into technical specifications
  • Consult with business to identify new reports needed to support business requirements
  • Implement specifications and recommend on enhancements, scalability and usability
  • Work with backend team for any pe-requisites
  • Manage projects documentation, milestones, ETAs and communicate accordingly
  • Manage business escalations
  • Ensure that issues are actioned by the correct support teams and communicate with customers
  • Assist with testing of new features during UAT phase as well as at time of deployment
  • Understand upstream and downstream business processes and tools
  • Ensure smooth reporting transition from legacy to standard BMS solutions
  • Plan and conduct demos and trainings for users
  • Document tool usage
  • Proactively notify Sales and SSP teams regarding system downtimes and upgrades

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of PBI, BMS, SQL, Excel, SFDC and other related systems/tools
  • Analytic skills and experience
  • Good English & Mandarin language skills
  • Proactive and transparent communication with proper expectation setting
  • Ability to work as part of a virtual team across segments and geographies
  • Full ownership E2E and drive for results
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers outside of department or function
  • Organizational agility and ability to influence and drive change
