The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing and developing partner relationships globally, focusing on development planning, education, and co-marketing initiatives. This role is instrumental in increasing the value MRR for partners while driving company ARR.
Outcomes and Accountabilities:
- Actively conduct field research within eCommerce communities to identify new partnership opportunities
- Drive the Partnership’s team with out-of-the-box thinking to create a win-win relationship with partners to drive ARR for all parties
- Serve as the front liner of the company for all partner relations
- Initiate conversations and deliver project pitches to potential partners
- Recruit, educate, and promote prospective partners
- Lead partnership initiatives to maximize value creation for both partners and the company
- Create joint value proposition with all Gold and Platinum partners and identify the relevant audience
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the digital marketing and eCommerce industry
- 1-2 years experience in Strategic Partnerships, Relationship Management, and Business Development (international experience is an advantage)
- Track record of achieving goals & targets
- Experience working with PRM solutions
- Experience collaborating and working with different cultures and backgrounds
- Prior experience with marketing services and solutions is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Good analytical skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
