Phoenix Support Services located in the Philippines, is the support center for Advanced Digital Media Services, a startup U.S. company. We will be providing Government Mandated Benefits such as SSS, Phil Health, Pag-ibig.
We are seeking dedicated, hardworking phone Appointment setters to handle our prospecting needs. If you enjoy making warm calls to cold calls, are ambitious and highly self-motivated then we welcome you to apply to work with our team. The position is full-time midnight shift. We require someone who can start right away.
You will have the names, addresses and phone numbers for each potential client. We need well-spoken individuals who can type correct English as you will be modifying our scripted emails to match each client situation. You must keep accurate notes in our CRM to input all the details with the outcome of the call and then schedule the next step. Your job will be to get the potential customer on the phone then engage in conversation talking WITH then not at them and gain their interest in our services then set a time for us to meet with them via video conference call for a discovery meeting.
Typical Shift are between 9-5 MST with no Saturdays or Sundays. Monthly salary, plus 5,000 Php bonus for every appointment set that results in a sale.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent English writing skills
A workplace free of noise
At least 6 months working experience in BPO industry
Proven work experience preferably - 3 years experience in outbound phone sales in digital marketing or similar role
References of prior work performance
A Positive Attitude and willing to be coached
Be open to continuous learning to become a better salesperson
Reliable people who can show up to work consistently every day
Extreme attention to detail as follow up is IMPERATIVE to your sales success
At least 2 years in College
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
Responsibilities and Duties:
Make 50-70 daily outbound calls a day to qualify potential clients with confidence
Your job will be to get the potential customer on the phone then engage in conversation talking WITH them and gain their interest in our services then set a time for us to meet with them via video conference call for a discovery meeting.
Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Listening to clients to generate repeat sales
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in CRM
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Own laptop/PC with Minimum Ryzen 3 or i3 System processor
Headset with noise cancelling feature
Minimum 20mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
