This is a remote position.

An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Business Finance Brokerage for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated Accounts Administration Virtual Assistant.

Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced Accounts Admin Virtual Assistant.

General Admin

You will be responsible for the following:

  • CRM management, data entry, sales pipeline management
  • Manage and book appointments
  • Client concierge and telephone point of service
  • Data entry
  • Proposal and Document preparation
  • General administrative duties

Accounts Admin:

  • Accounts management, invoicing and receivables
  • Follow-up on client payments
  • Staff timesheet processing & reconciliation
  • Payroll admin and processing
  • Month-end Reconciliation
  • Workflow management
  • Process and prepare financial and business forms
  • Assist in creating financial reports on a regular basis
  • Adhere to the company's or organization’s financial policies and procedures
  • Suggest changes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized, process oriented
  • Proactive results driven and efficient
  • Experience in accounts and general admin within a financial services provider
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • XERO

Benefits

Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: Php 25,000
  • Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on 1st and 16th of each month
  • You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  • Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days sick leave
  • 13th Month Pay
  • Laptop provided after 30 days
  • Permanent work from home role. You will have to use your own internet.
  • Shift times: 5:30AM – 2:30PM Manila time, Monday to Friday
