Accounting Intern

Job Description

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm

Salary: $1000

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure internal controls are adhered to for governance purposes
• Perform basic task including answering calls, replying emails and filling etc
• Manage cash flow and project finances
• Assist in ensuring that company receives payment from customer via woocommerce
• Assist in registering installment payment gateway
• Payment gateway report (Stripe. FD. Omise) & woocommence report on the first day of month
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time
• Follow instruction and task given by manager

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or any tertiary qualifications in the field of Accountancy or equivalent. Past experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a demanding work environment and able to connect with individuals at all levels
• Takes the initiative to complete task with a positive attitude
