Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in sales and business development, and/or product marketing, digital media, technology sales, agency/publishers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with emerging market experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape.
  • Ability to effectively operate flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels, at both customer and agency levels.
  • Effective project management, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify solutions and insights from data.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Urdu fluently to effectively communicate with and serve Urdu speaking customers.

The Large Customer Sales team works closely with local players to help them strengthen their domestic presence and expand internationally. While working in this dynamic and high growth region, you will drive initiatives and collaborate with the broader team.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day account management, and grow a book of business comprising of leading internet companies.
  • Contribute quarterly and annually to account and business planning across the team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and propose to customers new product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Drive campaigns performance optimization, provide performance updates, and ensure that return on investment meets the expectations of customers.
  • Manage ongoing customer training and up-skilling across all Google advertising solutions.
