Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or product marketing, digital media, technology sales, and agency/publishers.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Urdu fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with emerging market experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry and possess knowledge of the app developer ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape.
  • Ability to effectively operate flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels, at both customer and agency levels.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify solutions and insights from data.

The Large Customer Sales team works closely with local players to help them strengthen their domestic presence and expand internationally. While working in this dynamic and high-growth region, you will drive initiatives and collaborate with the broader team.

As Account Manager for Gaming, you will help emerging mobile game developers grow their business using Google Ad products and services. You will advise on app marketing strategies which will help our partners achieve their user acquisition goals, and serve as an expert and advocate for mobile app advertisement within Google. You'll proactively reach out to clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews in order to build comprehensive solutions for our customers.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential opportunities for the mobile gaming market, incubate and nurture the growth from new opportunities and expansion opportunities.
  • Foster and develop key relationships with new and existing Urdu-speaking customers.
  • Ensure customers achieve their business success through advertising goals and help them set up expansion plans for the global market.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install ads products.
  • Manage the day-to-day account management and grow a book of business consisting of leading mobile game developers.
