  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in business development or publishing consulting services to Games or Publishing companies.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi fluently to engage and support English and Hindi-speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working with content creators or media and entertainment publishers.
  • Experience in growing new business areas by managing partners and working with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services.
  • Experience with project management focused on scaled engagement and efficiency improvement.
  • Ability to deliver results and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and influencing skills.

About The Job

The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) uses our portfolio of product solutions, including AdSense and Google Marketing Platform tools, to help online publishers grow their businesses. You'll provide creative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for publishers and developers and identify new opportunities. Some of the largest publishers on the web rely on our products and we're always trying to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships. We help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of AdSense, Google Ad Manager and more.

As an Accelerated Partner Manager, you'll be responsible for the growth of the small and medium apps portfolio and the future of the vibrant apps ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners through one on one interactions and at scale. You will be a key point of contact for our partners, helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. You will own the entire sales strategy development and execution, and synthesize partner insights to shape the products for your partners.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the regional leads, the Product Management team, and Product Sales leads to shape and cultivate AdMob features. You will interact with publishers communities.

Google helps our partners find better ways to reach their audiences and manage their digital businesses. In return, our partners provide great content for our products, and they syndicate Google products to enhance their sites and apps. Global Partnerships team members expand and support these relationships by continually finding new opportunities and solving technical problems for our partners. The wider Global Partnerships team includes a variety of different organizations, including CorpDev, Emerging Business Development, Strategy and Operations, Google for Startups, Area 120 and our Display Advertising Business.


  • Managing a portfolio of same store, fast growing app partners across multiple industries, and optimize their growth.
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges. Understand the partners challenges/opportunities of growth.
  • Develop and implement scaled growth strategies that address growth opportunities in a suite of Apps products (e.g., AdMob and Google Play) and Ad Manager to enable partners' success.
  • Collaborate across functions effectively to bring new products and strategic initiatives to market. Provide onboarding and troubleshooting support to external partners testing products, and design a systematic partner insights gathering process to feedback into the product strategy.
  • Provide excellent thought leadership, regularly seek perspectives and insights from Country Managers and internal stakeholders across a wide spectrum of teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Marketing).
