    Responsibilities:Remote/On-site diagnosis and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration on the End-User devices
    Manning helpdesk calls and emails and providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
    Manage/Change request on client site equipment
    Ensure all issues are properly logged
    Follow-up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
    Provide good customer service experience
    Requirements:Possess at least Nitec in Computer Science / IT
    Work experience – 1 year or more
