We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to join our team!

Job description:

Handles end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, screening of resumes, scheduling of interviews and/or examinations, checking of requirements/assessments, maintaining of candidates database, providing recommendations for job offer and conducting background checks.
Responsible for managing job postings in paid job ads, company website and thinks of creative ways to source for candidates such as use of social media and other sources.
Assists new hires and existing employees, respond to inquiries on various HR related concerns, liases with different departments and other HR admin related tasks.
Handles onboarding and off-boarding process.
Assists in the preparation and implementation of company events for employee engagement efforts.
Perform such other and job-related duties as assigned

Job qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
Minimum of (2) years’ work experience in recruitment. Experience in HR related work is an advantage.
Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
Can work autonomously and work well with a team
Must have his/her own work from home set-up (laptop/desktop & stable internet connection)
Excellent English communication skills
Can work independently and with minimum supervision
A team player and works well under pressure
Can start immediately
