About Us

Blue Bean Media was established in September 2019 by MD Karen Moloney.

We are technology nerds who are on a mission to detangle digital for small/medium-sized service-based businesses.

Our clients are professionals with high ticket services who need our support to simplify and automate their digital marketing and business operations activities while they get on with doing what they do best.

We provide digital marketing training and coaching for clients who have the time and

resources to do things for themselves and we provide done-for-you “concierge” services for those who don’t.

To date, we have worked with individual freelancers to get jobs done but now need a full-time team member to support our MD and clients and help grow the Blue Bean Media brand and business.

About You

We thought carefully about the kind of role this is and how best to describe the person we need to do it. “Dynamo” describes how you will show up in the role, e.g., energetic, hard-working, enthusiastic, doer, achiever, bundle of energy, busy person.
You will have at least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing roles, and a passion for technology and getting things done.
You are highly organised and efficient in your work practices and your English verbal and written communication skills are of a high standard.
You are comfortable managing other team members and liaising with team and clients directly to keep projects on track.
You are a quick learner, enjoy learning new things and being challenged, and are happy to work autonomously with guidance and support from the MD as required.
You demonstrate initiative where appropriate and understand when tasks must be carried out to the letter.
You can flex between tasks as required while ensuring that goals and deadlines are met.

About The Role

This role is full-time and reports directly to the MD. Work will be carried out remotely with weekly check-in meetings and access to the MD via WhatsApp/Google Chat/Email/Zoom as required.

Benefits

Monthly Salary: Php 30,000
Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days annual leave credits
5 days sick leave
13th Month Pay
Laptop provided after 30 days
Permanent work from home role. You will have to use your own internet.
Shift times: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday
